Mister Green x Summerland
Founded in 2011, Summerland Ceramics is arguably one of the oldest figures in weed’s new-wave.
Summerland’s beautiful, simplistic forms are singular and instantly recognizable– that is if you know what you are looking for. The pieces are as functional as they are decorative. We’ve carried them at Mister Green Life Store since 2015, and have always discussed a collaboration.
A reaction to the current political climate both in the United States and beyond, we were inspired by legendary songwriter Wood Guthrie who famously inscribed “THIS MACHINE KILLS FASCISTS” on his guitar beginning in the 1940s. In his letters Guthrie held the belief that the battle against fascism represented an ultimate battle of good versus evil.
It is our belief that weed has a spiritual power that helps people align more easily with love than with hatred, these three vessels of peace have it stamped on them, front and center. THIS MACHINE KILLS FASCISTS.
In homage to Guthrie and those fighting for good, are proud to present our collection with Summerland.
A percentage of our sales will be donated to Cage Free Cannabis.
